Composition: Glucosamine 250mg, Methylsulfonylmethane 125mg, Rose Hip Extract 25mg, Chondroitin Sulphate 25mg, Ginger Extract 25mg, Bosewellia serrata 37.5mg, Vitamin D3 5 I.U., Folic Acid 100 mcg, Vitamin B12 1 mcg, Zinc 2.5 mg, Copper sulphate 1.7 mg, Manganese 1 mg.

Dosage: 1 capsule two times a day or as directed by Dietician.
