Composition: Carbonyl iron eq. to Elemental Iron 29mg, Folic Acid 300mcg, Vitamin B12 2.2mcg, Zinc Sulphate Monohydrate eq. to elemental Zinc 17mg.

Other ingredients: Microcrystalline Cellulose INS No. 460 (I)

Dosage: 1 capsule three times a day or as directed by Dietician.
