Indications:For acute catarrh, rattling hollow cough & difficult respiration.

Composition: Ferrum phosphoricum 3x, Kali muriaticum 3x, Natrum sulphuricum 3x, Natrum muriaticum 6x, Magnesium phosphoricum 3x.

Dosage: Adults – 4 tablets, four times a day or at three hours intervals. Children – Half the adult dose. Or as prescribed by the physician.

Contra-indication: None

Side effects: No known side effects

Expiry: 5 years from the date of manufacturing.
